In order to confirm your reservation you will have to pay 20% of the amount as a deposit through bank transfer or Paypal. The rest of the amount will be settled once you start the trip, unless otherwise communicated by mail.

All cancellations must be made in writing through an email sent to the local agency. The cancellation penalties are the following:

• 45 days before departure:: 50% of the cost of the trip
• Between 45 and 25 days before departure: della partenza: 70% of the cost of the trip
• From 24 days before departure: della partenza: 100% of the cost of the trip

• Travel Insurance: Our services do not include travel and medical insurance. We therefore advise you to check the conditions of your own insurance before leaving, and in case we strongly recommend to take one.

Tour-Marocco/Marocco in Linea sarl takes no responsibility for loss of baggage or additional costs in the event of delays or change of plans caused by the airline.
The riads and hotels will be confirmed after the payment of the deposit, and in case the quoted ones are no longer available, we will proceed with the reservation of equivalent services.
