DAY 1
Marrakesh – Essaouira
Departure from hotel after breakfast at 8.30 a.m. for the coast. Arrival in Essaouira, via Ounagha, late in the morning. Lunch at one of the many little restaurants or kiosks near the port. Free time to explore the medina and other ancient monuments, the Mellah (Jewish area), Skala and Sidi Mohamed, as well as the Ben Abdellah Museum. Don’t miss the opportunity to admire the sunset while sipping your coffee or enjoying a fresh beverage on Taraus terrace. Essaouira is well-known for Thuya wood handicraft. Dinner and overnight stay in a riad inside the medina.
DAY 2
Essaouira – Marrakesh
After breakfast, half day at your disposal for shopping and a walk around the narrow streets of the medina. Departure after lunch and return to Marrakesh in the evening.
